Facebook doesn't like me :-(

I don't remember feeling that helpless before...

After only two days on Facebook with not much activity, my account got suspended.
And I haven't the faintest idea why!

I registered on Wednesday, using my real name, real birthday, real phone number.
I then joined one group and created one (harmless) post.
Then I logged in on my tablet , in addition to my PC.
And suddenly I got a mail that my account was supposedly hacked. I am sure it wasn't!
So I had them send me a code by e-mail and unlocked the account.
Next day, just when I wanted to create a second post, my account got suspended!
Entered my phone number, got a code. Send them a picture of me as requested.
But it seems that that didn't help and that the account is disabled permanently.

As I said, I haven't any idea what went wrong. I didn't do anything wrong.
Also, I don't find any way to contact them.

The only thing I was able to do is use their function to download my Facebook information.
There's nothing suspicious in these files, either.

Any idea what I can do?

The original MySpace.com is long gone, never go back to new one cuz the layout isn't the same as old one.

I'm not on Facebook, so I don't know if everything bad I hear about it is true or not: That said, *if* Facebook is as bad as they say, maybe you not being able to get on there anymore is a blessing in disguise...

Well, I don't know if Facebook itself is bad. I've been on there for less than two days.
But I can confirm that their customer service sucks. It's pretty much non existing.

I tried for a month to get in touch with anyone from Facebook that could solve my problem.
They either didn't reply at all, or they sent some generic answer that wasn't helpful.

I am really surprised that they got that successful with such a bad customer service.

These giant corporations don't have much by the way of staff. I watched a documentary on the people that work there, the people literally seemed to have to watch some insane stuff and it grates on them.
