SO the clues. . . .it is something that the Belgiums and Americans do equally at a rate of 44%, making them equal 11th in the World for doing this thing. It involves going somewhere, where one man may be wearing a dress (or dress like garment). It isn't a hawiian festival or a Moo Moo either. Has nothing to do with beer or waffles.
Homer Simpson Does it, although he isn't religious about it or anything. But he isn't a Belgweagan. Thomas probably doesn't do it.

And I can hardly believe 44% of all Belgians go to church. From what I've heard those places are deserted

That figure is also largely over reported in the US, as well.
Though frequently cited, the figure is based on poll data, not actual attendance numbers. People exaggerate many of their responses in polls, but the attendance data has never supported the poll findings. Truth be told, regular church attendance in the US is somewhere between 20 and 30%. Church attendance is most definitely in decline.Comment

Going to Church?
Hm.
I think maybe 10% here still goes to Church regularly, mainly older people.
A whole bunch pretend they are Christians, go to mass at Christmas, and that's about it. For the rest of the year, Christian values are mainly ignored, and everybody goes about being antisocial and selfish.
I'm not religious. I try to be a helpful and friendly agnostic all year through..
