LONDON - Michael Jackson, a leading world beer critic who praised the brews of Belgium and acknowledged he would never be as famous as “that Michael Jackson,” has died. He was 65.
Can someone please explain to me how the title was "misleading"? I didn't give any inaccurate info or deceive you. I thought the story about the beer guy was interesting. Please let me know where I misled you in the thread?
Umm, because everyone knows who Michael Jackson the singer is, while pretty much no one knew who Michael Jackson the beer guy was, and when you see "Michael Jackson" it's fairly logical to assume it's the singer.
No huge deal, though. I'm sure you didn't think about it or mean to mislead anyone.
I actually do know this Michael Jackson. I luuuuuuuuv beer! (((BTW, Belgian brands are my fav, too))). That said, I, too, thought this about the singer. And I'm sitting in a news room!

her famous pancake resturaunt, but of course no one else would come
to mind reading that as a subject title--- and MARIAH CAREY PANCAKE GURU
DEAD TODAY... as a subject title wouldn't have been helpful----nah)
