I have a couple of issues with it. First, we will be bombarded by Hasbro group series that probably should have never seen the light of day.
Second, as anyone who has ever pitched a toy line or animated series knows, its damn near impossible to get buyer interest these days without accompanying media support, be it video game, cartoon, or movie (or toyline in the place of animation) firmly in place. Hasbro can monopolize on this, and knock together just about anything. It's going to make it even harder for the inventors out there, and the smaller manufacturers to compete. Mattel already has a production arm if I'm not mistaken, so they will probably step things up a notch to match Hasbro...but who else can pull this off?"Crayons taste like purple!"Comment
