Brian from Apemania gave the kids factory seconds Cornelius plaques so that they could get out of my monkey hair while I made them their gorilla pullover masks. Yesterday Ashton insisted on painting since I have taken up the brush to start painting again.

That's a cute monkey suit, but where was his ape gear? And it's so cool that they got plaques.

He couldn't wear his Planet of the Apes outfit because he spilled some food on it and it had to be laundered, but no biggie. Everything (except for the pullover hood) is washable.

Those girls are from the Emerybay Cafe, where I go on occasion when I'm too lazy to pack lunch. When I first went to the cafe, one of them looked at me and said, "Jessica?" I asked how they knew it was me--I didn't say anything and they never heard my voice...they said they recognized me because of my height. Weird, huh? Or maybe I just look like Jessica.
