    Swine Flu hits US!

Well, the swine flu is back all over our news again, but about how it is hitting the US.

What we have heard or being reported is that there are 1 million cases reported, with a 1000 US deaths to date, out of 5000 world wide. So that is about 0.1% do date, but some of those 1000 000, may still die from it. The figures seem to come out at about .5 to 1 % deaths when it was hitting other places. But then they did stop testing for it after a while, so that can skew the figs too.

And that there is a shortage of the Vaccine with only 11 million doses available. Get em while there hot. . . . .if you can!

I think your number of 1,000 deaths here may be a little high. When someone dies of swine flu here it gets reported all over.

Oh. . . that is interesting John. These are the numbers they are reporting here on the news on several channels I have seen today. Not unlike the news services to make up things and exagerate though. So what figures are they putting out there?

All a bunch of overblown hype in my opinion.

My gut feeling this is overblown hype.

I've been reading that DRs are not even testing for H1N1 anymore, and if you have the flu or flu like symptoms, they have been told to report it as H1N1. So Its highly unlikely that we will ever know the true number of actual cases and or deaths.

I know my daughter had the flu 3 weeks ago, and the Dr told us it was the type B flu. She told us the type B was alot worse than H1N1 was.

Think B.A. Where did you hide the Megos?
