Yeah, I said it.....

There's some funny quotes in that movie. Also, it was written by an insider who was pointing out a lot of the hypocrisies in pro ball at the time and especially grilling the Dallas Cowboys. It might have seemed boring at the time, but watch it now and think Tom Landry and Don Merideth.

North Dallas Forty and Friday Night Lights are probably the two best Football Books/Films ever made because of the realism and critique of the way things worked. ND40 was the first time anyone ever got into that and it had an impact.

Not much of a sports fan but I loved Field of Dreams. Rocky is always entertaining.
