I love Hog head's cheese. I don't know if it is still the same stuff for the olden days, but if it is, it is awesome.

If you don't know what it is, it is a a cold gelatin meat concoction of mystery pig meat. served on crackers.

I remember eating a lot of scrapple growing up and loved it.

My dad grew up on a farm so it was one of those staple items in our house. I don't even want to know what's in it.
