Seems fairly reasonable for something so iconic. I guess it's because there's others.Comment

the reunion movie ... that's not that old the first reunion was in '97 ... then the other came out in what '99/2000?? seems kind of high, since they could always make another modern reunion movie and I'm sure all surviving cast would jump back on. And more Generals could be made then sold as originals... being owned by Schnieder is cool and all, but the guy has owned and sold chargers before.
Now if it was from the original run of the TV show that would be different, I think there are about 19 that survived the show, all were in poor to worse shape. I see one of those bringing in such a high price, but one from the reunion movies ... I don't get it.Comment

I suspect the provenance of it being a "tv star", the autographs (certified) and being owned by the show star really drove up the price.
The batmobile was a "fan" replica not produced by the Barris shop and on the wrong car platform (the show's back up cars would have been built on early 60's or even late 50's lincolns or galaxies)
a fan produced Starskty torino is not nearly as valuable as a poorer condition one used on the show or a similair condition original S&H package one produced by Ford during 76, even if all the bells and whisltes that aren't on the actual show car are there.Comment

1969 DODGE CHARGER
There are mixed issues on this charger. I guess it's worth it to the buyer, If I had the funds ... I wouldn't pay that much for a General Lee unless it was one of the few that were left from the show... with the faded paint and dings etc.
to me this charger would be like buying a costume from the modern Planet of the apes vs. one from the original movie. sure both were used on film, but a big difference.Comment
