Sad thing is the type of kidney stones I get so I can't have shell fish. Rest of the family are getting them.

Lobsters are good, but I gotta be honest with you. One of the best things about living in New Orleans is the food in general, but the seafood is a huge plus. I had seafoos gumbo for dinner last night and we are having shrimp po-boys tonight.

Also JP, I feel your pain on the stones. I gotta watch what I eat and drink because of my tendency to develop stones. Worst pain I ever felt was the first stones I got.

        I had gumbo before

I don't really care for it.

It's too spicey and peppery where it kills the taste of everything that's in it.

I miss scallops. They are hard to get in Texas but were easy to get growing up in Ct.

There you go with again with your "too spicy" comments again...you bland lightweight.

Spicy stuff don't kill nothing...it enhances flavor...you lightweight pansy.

Make lobster spicy - what does it taste like ? ........ spicy hot sauce
Make steak spicy - what does it taste like ? ........ spicy hot sauce
Make ANYTHING spicy - what does it taste like ? ........ spicy hot sauce

You might as well just drink hot sauce right out of the bottle and stop wasting good food
