Yea, I know it's a little early for this thread but what the hell .. I have a taste for something sweet and there's nothing around here so I might as well torture myself talking about candy

I'm not a big chocolate fan unless it involves peanut butter...

Smarties, Sweet Tarts, Necco waffers, and any kind of hard candy...

Best...anything chocolate, bubble gum, and those little tarts thingies.

Worst...candy corn...I absolutely hated that stuff as a kid...and still do.

Easy, Mary Jane, candy corn (yuck!), reeses pieces, and gum drops.

Best was Rockets....Worst was that cheapo rock hard crapola that came in the orange wrappers that had pictures of black bats or witches on them. It was kind of a bland sort of beige, sort of lt. brown color with a taste that could best be described as a cross between really bland maple syrup, and old gum found under a desk.

Any kind of taffy was my fav. Be it those flavored ones on a stick,flavored Tootsie Rolls,what have you. Worse always has been always will be circus peanuts.

Yeah, I always disliked the generic holiday candy. I guess I'm in the minority because I like candy corn.

Yep, me too

I was never allow to eat anything not factory wrapped.

Everybody was always afraid of stuff getting razors and drugs in homemade stuff

I know exactly the candy you mean. Those would be the very last things I would eat from my Halloween bag. Little Mars and Three Musketeers bars were always a personal favourite as well as twizzlers.
