our wally world didn't have those figs either. Frompics I have seen online and what my store looked like, even the cardboard display art was different. You'd think the stores would be consistant. grr...

(insert sarcasm) I ought to open a new thread to gripe about walmart, but I wont.

Songs like Lick it up and Heavens on Fire sounded considerably slowed down from the original versions (the AARP version?). But other songs like Hotter than Hell and surprisingly Black Diamond were done with respect to the original translation. Overall on a scale of 1-10, I would give this a 7. Lots of material and the overall value of getting a very cool looking concert pumps that number higher than I would otherwise have given it.
I was thinking the same thing today. Most of the re records felt slow or off somehow. Must be the AARP effect. (I just received my membership!)
Too many toys. Not enough space!

I didn't see a single Peter in the large display of figures. Is he only in the box set?
Do these 'figures' have any articulation at all? Just wondering.

Oops. Never mind the articulation question...I reread the previous post. Thanks!

Thanks for the pic. I've been to a couple of Walmarts and still haven't seen a single Peter. Weird. At first I thought maybe they just didn't want to pay him for the use of his name. lol

Sonic Boom is growing on me. No real classic winners, but it's KISS. Weird how I pick up on hints from their first self titled Lp. My first impression was Rock-n-Roll Over/Crazy Nights inspired. I get vibes from Hot in the Shade era too.
It's still weird for me hearing Ace Frehley-like riffs written by Tommy.

My kids were interested in seeing KISS live...so, I jumped. Bought us four tickets to the Nov 6th Chicago show. Nosebleed seats, straight shot of the stage.
