I don't necessarily believe this crap....it's funny that she waits until a few years after he dies to bring this up....I am not saying it couldn't have happened but she is not exactly the poster child for honest living..
It's a horrible thing she did...but WHY does she feel the need to tell everyone about it? Some things should never be said. There is no lesson here - nothing that can actually help someone.
I just heard About this nonsense...., Man,.. it seems like the more & more a Celeb/Star/Sports figure becomes Ill-relevant ,.. the More & More they release some All-Tell-All crazy book that seem like it has to out do the Last 1 , huh ?
These kids of Hollywood live life in a world that is often difficult to understand sometimes. They just don't see certain things as "wrong" the way it should be. I'm sure she never looked at it as the horrible thing it was while it was going on. The drugs just add to the total confusion. Many never reach the level of maturity they need to, to function as a person. Most don't see it until the spotlight fades and they step out into the real world. You have to wonder if most don't relapse into the drugs and alcohol because once they hit the real world they can't handle it and need to be back to the only world they know. It's like the whole Michael Jackson deal. Look at the number of highly respected people that came out to honor him. People that actually knew him. Would they if they thought he could possibly have done some of the things he was accused of during his life? Or did they simply understand he was a 50 year old man with the mentality of a 10 year old boy? The one thing that's always put that whole thing in question for me was the number of people behind him through the whole thing. The spotlight of fame and fortune can make reality a difficult thing to see sometimes. Pretty easy to understand how it could mess someone up mentally, especially at a young age.
I can't even begin to express my repulsion with this. Mackenzie Phillips says she had a 10-yr sexual relationship with her father, John Phillips of the Mamas and the Papas. I watched some clips from her interview on Oprah. The depths of her psychological problems are simply stunning.
