Dad catching foul ball daughter tossing it away.

The clip is about a week old, but I think it's one of the sweetest candid moments I've seen on TV in a while

YouTube - Funny Foul Base Ball ! | Dad and Daughter

It was a big wish come true for the dad but the daughter went "oops" with the ball and then the dad just hugs her and lets her know it's not a problem.

There was a follow-up interview and the little girl got a new ball from (I believe) the team manager.

'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic

All 4 of them received team jerseys, and they gave the father a baseball signed by the player who hit the foul ball.
It was pretty cool seeing him react so well and kindly when his daughter threw the ball. Sadly I can't imagine to many other dads readting that way.

                          That was a cool story.

There was follow up on the Today show (maybe the segment is sitting out there somewhere).

The Phillies game them all jerseys and yes the father was given another ball signed by the player who hit the ball.
