    Patrick Swayze

I just saw where he died. Sorry to hear this.

RIP. He was one of the good guys. I liked his movies, an all around good guy. But just as Robert Urich, looking like he was making a recovery, he's now gone according to his publicist and the AP.

Swayze was a very likable actor...he was great in Ghost and Dirty Dancing...but my favorite role of his was as James Dalton in Road House...

Yes...the movie is pure camp...but great camp...

I saw him interrupt his wife's Broadway show (it was zigfield follies... ok? There were nekkid indian girls...) by dressing up as a flower delivery guy and bringing an arrangement up on stage so he could re-propose on their anniversary.

He's with his dad now and at peace. I hope God gives his wife strength to continue on. A good man and a talented artist. He will be missed.

Yeah I was just sitting and watching the news and this popped up ... He'll be missed, no matter what movie he was in, he made it watchable. He had talent. And every interview I saw with him, he seemed like a real down to earth, a people person, who never looked down his nose. This is one of the few times I can really say I will miss someone famous.
