Disney's MGM will be changing it's park name

I was not impressed with Disney MGM when I was there last Oct.

Wow, sounds even more boring than that park is now.

LOL! I actually like this park but think it needs to be a little updated especially the Star Wars ride that gets me motion sick every time,but atleast they said new attractions will be coming so we'll see,it's worth it just for the tower of Terror to me

Disney Park Gets New Name – Disney's Hollywood StudiosMeg Crofton, president of Walt Disney World® Resort, recently announced that Disney-MGM Studios will be renamed Disney's Hollywood Studios, effective January 2008. "The new name reflects how the park has grown from representing the golden age of movies to a celebration of the new entertainment that today's Hollywood has to offer – in music, television, movies and theater," she said. Disney's Hollywood Studios will deliver new attractions and experiences this fall and next spring including: Toy Story Mania!, Block Party Bash, Playhouse Disney-Live on Stage!, Disney High School Musical 2: School’s Out!, and Meet and Greet Adds Handy Manny. "This is easily one of the most ambitious attractions rollouts in the 18-year history of the park," Crofton said.
