I am so sorry for your loss Sharry. Please know your mom is in God's loving arms now...and probably talking it up with my dad too! She's in a better place and wants you to make the most of your life while she waits for you to come home. Think warmly of your time with your mom and remember everything she taught you. Their all watching you from the sidelines now. God bless you.

A friend of mine shared this poem by Mary Elizabeth Frye with me when my mother passed away, and I'd like to share it with you, in hopes it gives some slight solace...

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am in a thousand winds that blow,
I am the softly falling snow.
I am the gentle showers of rain,
I am the fields of ripening grain.
I am in the morning hush,
I am in the graceful rush
Of beautiful birds in circling flight,
I am the starshine of the night.
I am in the flowers that bloom,
I am in a quiet room.
I am in the birds that sing,
I am in each lovely thing.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there. I do not die.

I am sorry to hear of your loss; As with all good things, tho, you carry your mama with you wherever you go and celebrate her life in everything you do. Luminous beings are we, and your mama has let go of this fragile and delicate world. She no longer feels the pain and indignities of the flesh and has moved on. Best wishes to you and your family.

                        keep on keepin' on

My deepest condolences. It is a small comfort to know that she got to see all of her loved ones before she passed.
