I guess if you filed a claim from the mid 80's to 2004, FEMA has been court ordered to release addresses of claimee's to the press. I applied for FEMA aid in 2004 and was denied due to being "over insured". We still shelled out thousands of dollars for stuff that wasn't covered by insurance. Down here there are lots of stories about people nowhere near the path of any of the hurricanes that filed claims and were paid out. Hopefully that is what the press is investigating.
