I was in Fort Collins, Colorado this past weekend, visiting some friends. I mentioned I was looking for some Gym Lockers on the cheap, and one of them suggested I check out the Surplus Department at Colorado State University, as they are always selling off old stuff.
I went over there, and they had used desks, and file cabinets, and chairs and no gym lockers, but all sorts of great shelves, and small cabinets, and various things. The prices were fantastic.
I picked up a small lab cabinet with glass shelves, and doors, to use for display for 20 bucks. Pics Later.
They even had 3 large glass display cabinets with shelves and lights for a mere 100 bucks a piece. Unfortunately they were on hold for someone.
My point is, if you live near a university, they may offer a similar set up with their used\surplus equipment, and the prices are a steal compared to buying new someplace. just thought it may help someone beef up their display.
