Is There A Way To Bring Back The Shine?

This might be a stupid question but is there a way to help bring back the shine in plastic without damaging it?

I have a Batmobile that needs to see Maco!

FYI

Just used some Baby Oil applied lightly with a napkin…..Works perfect and does not ruin the plastic.
