I think his 2 Faces are pretty cool,.. very much like the Old 12inch Joe heads.... His outfit is neat too,..
Looks To Me like Bart Sears Drew the Art on the Card .

I am Kinda a Dreadnok collector,.. I Have Quite a Few Pieces here & there. Happy Hunting.

BTW... I'd like to see a 12inch SideShow FireFly done 80's style.

lol! he did look like Arnold

I loved Mercer & Taurus was cool but Red dog's face sucked on the action figure

and it would've been awesome if they would've made a figure of the young Cobra Commander before the thing blew up in his face

Serpentor was the one who yelled that out towards the end of the movie, it was kind of stupid but it didn't bother me that much

what really bothered me was that they didn't make a Big lob or Pythona action figure

and I liked Don Johnson as Falcon and Burgess Meredith as Golobulus

My ridiculous moments mostly revolve around Duke and the original Joes.

My interest in G.I.JOE is strictly the classic 1983-1987 animated series by Sunbow. When I started reading Larry Hama's Marvel Comics series, I could hear the voice cast as the characters they portrayed. And I obviously saw the differences between the show and the toon. But in comparison, I love the toon more. But here are my ridiculous moments or grievances. Before I begin, I want to state it here so I don't repeat myself during the thread. My favorite G.I.JOE of all time is Duke. Thanks to the Sunbow series voiced over by Michael Bell.

11: CARTOON SEASON TWO: Way too much Dr. Mindbender. I was so getting sick of seeing him in episode after episode. And while Zarana and the new Dreadnoks got plenty of airtime with Zartan and the original 3 Dreadnoks, Zandar was the only one in that bunch who had the least amount of screen time. And he was also a new character. Absurd!!

10: G.I.JOE: THE MOVIE: The Plot and Big Lob are my personal beefs. While I enjoyed seeing Lt. Falcon, Jinx, Law & Order, Chuckles, and Tunnel Rat, I am at a total loss as to why they introduced a made up character who never got a figure nor showed up in the comics. They passed up using characters like Outback, Sneak Peak, Crazy Legs, and Psyche Out. The best aspect of G.I.JOE the Movie is the animated intro and the best detailed animation. But I could not handle them killing off and then redubbing it where my favorite Joe, Duke, somehow miraculously survived being stabbed by Serpentor's lethal snake. Oh well, at least it was cool to watch Duke fight Serpentor once or twice. Especially after he became a minor character in season two.

9: 12 INCH DOLLS: Hasbro has made many numerous 12 inch G.I.JOEs and especially Duke. But what I'd like to see is a 12 inch version of Duke in his original uniform in the tan shirt and green pants. That was always my favorite. Or I'd at least like to see if someone has ever customized one.

8: SNAKE EYES: COMIC VS CARTOON: Larry Hama created this ninja mystery man and is no doubt the top favorite of many Joe fans. What I don't get is that he is the big star of the comics and he will be a star in the new movie. But he was severely downplayed in the cartoon. His biggest roles were in the first three mini series and a few of the season one episodes, but old Snake was reduced to being a background character beyond that.

7: ORIGINAL JOES GOT NO RESPECT: I actually love the original 1982 lineup, even though uniform wise, they looked like just ordinary army men. While Breaker was pretty much the only one who maintained status as a major player, aside from big timers like General Hawk, Scarlett, and Snake Eyes. In the cartoon, they were mostly background characters. Out of all of them, I felt that Stalker should have continued as a major player in the cartoon since he was in the comics. His biggest roles in the cartoon was the first mini series, and some of the episodes in season one, but then he dropped out of sight like all the other original team members. Same thing with Rock N Roll and Clutch. And Joes like Flash, Short Fuze, Grunt, Zap, and Steeler never got the chance to develop. In the new movie, while I like the character of Ripcord in the comics, toys, and cartoon, I felt Marlon Wayans would have been good as Stalker. And speaking of original Joes, I always wondered why Grand Slam never made it into the cartoon?

6: TOYLINE: 25 ANNIVERSARY: Almost all the original 1982 Joes are in this line except for Zap. I'd like to get a figure of him in this lineup to complete the original team.

5: COMICS VS CARTOON VS MOVIE: Scarlett's love interest: Okay. This is downright confusing. Which Joe is Scarlett's best suitor? If you're into more than one version of G.I.JOE, you will get confused. In the comics, Scarlett's love is Snake Eyes. I'm fine with that. The hottest girl on the team and the guys like her, but her heart is only for the silent masked man. In the cartoon, her suitor is Duke, even though they were not as open about it as Flint and Lady Jaye. I actually prefer that relationship. I like Duke and Scarlett together as a couple, but professionally, as team leaders. I'll be seeing the movie tonight or tomorrow, but I heard supposedly, Ripcord will either be her suitor or he'll just have a major crush on her. Speaking of the movie, who's this Heavy Duty guy? I'd much prefer Roadblock and his rhyming.

4: THE DIC G.I.JOE ANIMATED SERIES OF THE 90'S. I watched it in college, but I did NOT like it at all. The voice cast were all new people and the only reason to tune in was because the late Chris Latta was still voicing over Cobra Commander. But any other familiar Joes had new voices. The Sunbow series had been off the air for a few years, so I didn't recognize it with all the new Joes and new vehicles.

3: COMICS VS CARTOONS: HAWK VS DUKE: In the comics, Hawk was the original founder and commander of G.I.JOE. He was the heroic blonde haired blue eyed team leader. But when the animated series began, and from the first three mini series and all through season one, Duke was recognized as the head leader of the Joes and he was a sergeant in rank. I recently discovered that Duke is the character Larry Hama hates the most, assuming he was NOT one of Hama's creations and he and Hawk looked indentical in appearance. In the Marvel comics, Duke was more of a minor player. When General Hawk was finally brought into the cartoon, he was now a dark haired man who mostly wore a helmet with goggles to make him look different from Duke. My question is, who created Duke? And why didn't they want Hawk in the cartoon right away? I'll admit though, Duke had a great look to him.

2: RANKS: From what I've heard, a warrant officer is higher ranked than a first or master sergeant, so it makes me wonder why in both the comics and cartoons that Duke was higher in command over Flint. Go figure.

1: My number one grievance: PSAs: Most of the popular and even some second stringer Joes did the PSAs. But as for the ones who didn't, well, I can understand the following: Snake Eyes. Obviously, unless another Joe would be there with him to do the talking. Bazooka: Not surprisingly, since he was portrayed as a slow minded dimwit. I heard he was quite the opposite in the comics. I guess I am not surprised that all of the original Joes did not do the PSAs since they were considered minor characters. Some Joes like Flint, Shipwreck, Spirit, and Deep Six did more than one PSA. BUT the one Joe who was wrongfully left out was ....you guessed it....DUKE!! Why could they not have Duke do a PSA? If General Hawk, the top Joe himself could take time, what about Duke? I so badly wanted to hear Michael Bell as Duke say, "And knowing is half the battle." The PSA could have had Duke and Snake Eyes. I was deprived.

Anyway, those are my grievances with G.I.JOE.

But I'm anxious to see how this new movie will turn out.

    Cheers.
