Saw the Washington DC Paul McCartney Concert last night

Had seats totally in the back, but it was a fantastic experience. He played for over two hours and did a nice variety of years. He truly looked like he was enjoying the evening and talked to the audience between almost every song. Really neat to see folks from teenager to senior dancing and rocking out to songs. I liked the line he said to the audience where he mentioned when they first came to the US to play at Washington, they couldn't even hear what they were singing because all the girls kept screaming (of course that cued the audience to scream). He then said "Now we've got bigger amps."
    It's all good!

I have to wonder when it's his time to go(not trying to be morbid or anything) will everyone be making a big stink like they are with Michael Jackson or will they just have a couple of days and forget about him?

I saw his '89-'90 tour in Frankfurt, Germany, then snuck in to watch his closing songs a month later at another german town (MUCH less relaxed than US concerts..).

      His shows always ROCK.

      I miss LINDA.

I finally downloaded a copy of his Wings '79 UK Tour (now known as 'Last Flight').., recorded from Macca's personal tapes (where only 'Coming Up' was released..).

STILL don't know why he never released the entire concert.. With live 'Goodnight Tonight' and everything else, it's as good if not better than 'Wings Over America'.

The young guys he's playing guitar with now, who he's played with now for a few years, are really good.

Great to see Paul "Wix" Wickens still doing keyboards for Paul for over 20 years now..!

                McCartney's always been a gentleman.

I hate to say it, but that's more I can say for the other 3 at different times of their lives.
