Had a really good day yesterday.
As a surprise, my wife took me to a museum where they have a "retro" movie theatre, like they were 50 years ago, with (narrow) wooden seats, old movie posters. It only seats 40 people!
Every month, they show an "old" movie. This time it was Name of the Rose.
I had a good time, as I love the feel of movie-going the way it was when dinosaurs ruled the Earth.
I miss those days. Double features, seeing "obscure" B-movies, paying $2.50 for a movie. We used to have a theatre that had a tiny movie shop next to it, with imported movie posters and soundtracks. You saw the film, then bought the goodies!
Memories, from the corner of my mind....
