Bootleg MJ/Obama crap everywhere!!!

Alright, first I am not trying to start a another shouting match about MJ or Obama.
Just everywhere here (augusta ga) there are people selling bootleg shirts and stuff on the side of the road. There are even bootleg copies of the program from the funeral.
What I am wondering is why is this allowed to go on......... I cant believe they just this go down..... Anyone else wondering the same?

No really man, Im curious to how these people pull this off.
I was at a Crue show a few years back and I saw some guy get nailed in the parking lot selling bootleg ts.........

What I dont get is why they dont nail them, there are 5 of these type vendors near my house. I live near a mall so they flock to the surrounding areas...

I havent seen much of the MJ stuff here in Vegas. A bit too much on the obama stuff here, but it died down alot lately. Do you mean shirts and buttons? Who can stop them though? I'm not for it, yet its a free country. Lets all be careful not to turn this into a political war thread!! LOL

Yes I totally dont mean for this to be a political war.
Well, most of them appear to have all sorts of t-shirts, posters copys of the funeral program, stuff like that.

Our town just got hit with a rash of swastika's painted on everything this past week from local skinheads.

I'd trade that for people selling Michael Jackson programs anyday.

We had some gang tags painted in the street in front of our house.
Its just kids that think they are hardcore in this area tho.
