I just watched the PBS "Make Me Laugh" comedy doc last night. Hard to even entertain the thought of Cohen as a comedian when held against titans like Bruce, Carlin, Pryor, the Smothers Brothers. I have no problem with "shocking" comedy- or scathing satire- when it's relevant and thoughtful.

A Palestinian man says he was lured into an on-screen interview with Sasha Baron Cohen for the hit movie "Bruno" under false pretenses and is considering taking legal action.


Ayman Abu Aita is branded a "terrorist group leader" linked with the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades in the film, a group deemed responsible for suicide bombings and attacks targeting Israeli civilians.


WorldNetDaily writes that Mr Aita served with the Martyrs Brigades for 3 years and spent two years in an Israeli prison on allegations of involvement in a shooting against Israeli soldiers, but today he is a representative of the Palestinian Authority President's party to a West Bank town.

yep, in the movie bruno said osama should shave his beard because he looks like a homeless santa clause then Ayman said what translates out to GET OUT , GET OUT NOW. it was actually pretty entertaining.

Yeah...how terrible...watching someone play a gay dude is much worse than violent tough guys with guns blowing people's heads off...lol.

Blood and violence over satirical sex...that seems to be more acceptable in our country.
