They also couldn't have a tiger shark in the same tank with the dolphins .. well they could, but the dolphins wouldn't be there very long

If it is a real undoctored picture, it could be a huge flat monitor and the stuff you're seeing is computer animated

There are several dolphins in there...one lone shark wouldn't stand a chance...a group of dolphins would easily kill it...they ram its gills and belly...a bottlenose dolphin's favorite killing spots...it suffocates the shark.
