Did Jackson Bostwick's (of Shazam!) book ever get released?

I was recently re-watching the VH-1 "Where are they now: Superheroes" show from a few years back and Jackson Bostwick mentions his book. The title was something like The Mind, The Myth, and The Mortal (?). In any case, I checked amazon.com for books by him and there was nothing. Did he ever get it published?

a friend told me he was selling his book in nashville at a comic book con a few months back
