Just a few weeks back there was that guy cleaning a big vat that they make soup in. . . when it was inadvertantly started up, before they realized the guy was in there cleaning it. . . and he was boiled alive. . .I think that was in Germany (probably wrong), but I hate hearing of these stories. . . .they seem to come up every couple of years.

Safety features are just things that slow many down from being stupid at their normal speed. Not saying this poor guy did anything wrong. . . .but usually when something goes wrong. . .someone has over ridden a saftey feature or taken a short cut.
