I can't seem to narrow it down amongst Seinfeld, I Love Lucy, Batman, The Twilight Zone and Friends...I'm leaning toward Twilight Zone though (Seasons 1-3 and 5...4 is a snooze-fest for the most part).

Probably Seinfeld. I've already been watching the show constantly for the past 20 years (or since whenever the first season originally aired) and haven't gotten sick of it yet, so I guess I could do with an eternity of it.

I think a half hour sitcom would hold up better after many repeated viewings compared to an hour long drama, so some runner-ups would be Family Guy, The Office, 30 Rock and News Radio (the ones with Phil Hartman at least). But they all have less seasons under their belts than Seinfeld, so that's a minus too.
