Kid's cereal, even in front of my friends. I am absolutely unashamed!
Thing is, I buy the huge bags of the "Malt-o-Meal" knockoffs, but there is not one bit of difference in the taste.
My favorites are (knockoffs):
"Crunchberries"
"Fruity Pebbles"
"Lucky Charms"
I recently started buying the real Frankenberry and Count Chocula. Hadn't seen them in years.
Here's the rub: I am "childish" enough to eat kiddie cereal, but old enough that I have to buy the "Lactose Intolerant" milk!Comment

I've cut down on sugar and other sweeteners, so I usually eat organic, grown-up cereal. But sometimes I splurge and buy Fruit Loops or something fun like that.Hey! Where's the waiter with the water for my daughter?
Check out my customs!

Oh! Give me some sugar coated bliss and classic 70s Saturday morning and I'm in Heaven!Right now in MY cupboard is:
Cocoa Pebbles
Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Lucky Charms Berry flavor
Frosted Cherrios
And the closest I have to an adult cereal:
Maple Frosted Mini Wheats
I also have a box of those Cocoa Krispies cereal straws!"Do you believe, you believe in magic?

Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic

For me it's Raison Bran and Great Grains.
but recently I did buy a box of Peanut Butter Capn' Crunch. I'll eat that as a treat occasionally as well as Cinamon Toast Crunch.
Today it was egg whites and low fat cheeseEvildoers tremble at the name... AaronComment

Frosted Flakes are the staple cereal in my pantry. Rotated in for variety are the typical kid's fare, Corn Pops, Honeycombs, Apple Jacks, Crunchberries, etc.
The wife tries to eat all the goodie two shoes granola head cereals from Trader Joe's and organic places, but almost always mixes them with one of my above mentioned cereals.
I rarely eat this stuff for breakfast, but a bowl of Frosted Flakes for dinner when you just can't stand the idea of cooking... They're Grrrrreaaattt!!!

I eat both. But some of the kids cereals have gotten too sweet for me.
I mostly eat:
Corn Pops
Raisen Brand
POST Selects Cranberry Almond Crunch
Frosted Flakes
Captain Crunch (once in a blue moon)
I used to love Sugar Smacks -- Dig 'Em -- hmm... I have to try a box of those againComment

It's mainly Corn Chex for me. But if FREAKIES ever makes a comeback I'll be waiting with spoon in hand!Comment

I used to get in FULL BLOWN arguements with one of my old roomates over Crunchberries. If Peanut Butter and Jelly was a cereal, it would be Crunchberries.
The way I see it, if one bowl with milk provides 25% of your daily requirement of vitamins and minerals, then Four bowls ought to carry the whole day.Comment
