I totally agree with Count Creepyhead. I think you will regret selling this figure. It is crazy Rare. The fact that you are selling it so closely to the one that went for $5500 is only gonna hurt you. Also, with this thread going, that isn't gonna help either. I would cancel all bids and end the auction and let the dust settle.

Bottom line is I'd rather go grab a cold one and kick back with my wife than sit here arguing with a bunch of grown men about something as useless, not to mention pointless as this.

How did anyone miss the point of the post? And speaking of points, I think the original seller's point was that he shouldn't be using her photo, and she's right. I know he didn't mean anything by it, but it's definitely not cool to use someone else's photos - and it is a bit of a slap in the face in this instance, to boot.

Well damn man..Keep the Rock and Ando and sell the SWs. You'll probably NEVER find a Mr. Rock like that again......ever...even if you have the cash. The Ando is tough but doable. But SWs are a dime a dozen. None of it's really rare, just expensive.

Rare and Expensive get mixed up too often. A lot of items that are considered "Rare" are only really "Expensive". They are out there, just pricey.

Mr. Rock is rarer than hens teeth. And even if you slapped 10 grand on a table you still might not get one. And on his card..are you kidding me!! Do you know how cool he's gonna look with a complete Trek set?? He's practically irreplaceable! The photographer who takes the picture owns the copyright on it, unless the copyright is specifically transferred to you. Owning the object in the photograph means nothing.

It's not just that you shouldn't have done it; you shouldn't still be doing it.

If eBay won't let you remove the photo, you should cancel the current auction and relist the figure without the lady's picture.
