I'll charge you. I guess you think it would be ok for someone to use a museum pic for their auction, because they didn't want to take their own pic, or worse didn't even have the item.Leave a comment:

10% is pretty expensive for use of a pic. I don't see why he needs to smooth things over with her, it's pretty unlikely she'll ever want to sell anything to him ever again anyway after thisWell look at it this way, she apparantly didn't pay that much for them herself. So what is she really out. If she had paid a lot for them, she would know a little more about what they are worth. But if you really wanted to make "nice" with her maybe you should give her like 10% of what you get for them; at least for using her pics. Might smooth things over and you still make a nice profit.

yup I never offer anyone less money to get an item,if it's buy it now I take it.I have asked if they would sell it buy it now,but I never put a price on anyones items.I've seen a lot people taken advantage off like that,if that would've been the case here then yeah I could see why she would be so upset, but w/e it was her pics and I messed up theregrayhank I don't think he needs to give her anything. She sold it with the BIN, it was her price not his, it was her mistake not his. He owes her nothing.
If she's so upset about the pic. she should report it to ebay and they would force him to re-list it and return his fees. I think that was the only thing he did that is wrong but to me he owns the this figure and is selling it. Using her pic. I guess is a small error but she's really angry about losing the money she could have gotten for these figures. It's her only excuse for being angry so she's going with it but she really just wants more money for it but what did she pay for it, maybe she owes them something too.
What I find funny is we see all the time in megoland people who get sellers to end their auctions early and give them a royal deal too. Still that's partly the sellers fault for falling for it and not looking into it before going for it! I still get ticked over it though.Leave a comment:

Oh I agree with you Jem. She did set the price and that's her mistake. I was merely suggesting the thought if T2Cool wanted to make peace with her. He is certainly under no obligation to do anything for her whatsover. I was looking at it from a commission point of view for using her pics to sell his items.Leave a comment:
