Upset seller what a nut, knows she made a huge mistake

Hey guys what's up? yup the lady who sold me the Mr.Rock and Andorian is pretty mad Look at what she wrote me and she doesn't want to sell me something she sold me for $25 no biggie.I understand she's mad,but what the hell! if it would'nt have been me it would've been another buyer right? She asked for that price buy it now,I didn't offer it to her. That I threw a fit? she told me she would sell me a loose Gorn all beat up for $15 and a carded Mccoy for $30 so I said why not,I drive 50 miles again and when I get there some other lady tells me she can't sell it,so I say ok don't worry if I buy it I'll just have you guys ship it cause I won't drive another 50 miles, and she says I threw a fit here's her first email

Maybe I should'nt have used 1 pic huh?

So, I obviously know how large of a mistake I made now with the 2 figures you quickly snapped up - thanks to a bunch of other ebayers - so whatever, such is life. You got the deal of a life time apparently and I learned a big lesson about Trek figures. I am annoyed about a couple of things right now though. First - you're using MY PHOTOS to resell the Mr. Rock figure - that's just totally uncool - especially considering the mass profit you're going to get out of it. Second, you haven't even left me positive feedback on the first two sales... yet you want me to give you a deal on those other Megos we discussed. Olivia also mentioned that even though I hadn't had time to send you an invoice on those other figures, you came in and threw a fit about not being able to purchase them - even though I didn't know you were coming in. Why would you do that? And why would you use my photos?

Don't worry about it, she should've done some research before selling them in stead of whining after the facts

I guess I've learned my lesson from listing the good deals I get here, not that it was any of you guys, but you never know

Yeah i guess, but I just thought no biggie since I do own the figure now.I could understand if she was selling one and I would take it to sell another, but it's the same figure

If she didn't say that you could pick up items in person, you shouldn't have gone there. So you save some money on shipping, you'd also take away any protection she'd get by using eBay and the USPS.

And she does OWN the pictures she took of the items. You have no right to use them without her permission.

The lady is right; your behaviour has been totally uncool.

w/e man she did say I could pick them up,that's why i drove my butt over there. In fact I didn't mind paying for the shipping,I actually did and still went to pick it up.She kept that extra money,I never asked for it back,I just knew some hater was going to write to her that's why i hurried up and thank god I did.

You definitely shouldn't have used her pics, she is absolutely right about that, it's stealing. If she wanted to, she could could make a picture theft complaint to ebay and they could remove your listing. Ebay is generally pretty useless, but they do follow up on complaints like that.

As a seller, it's on her to research her items before putting them on eBay. If I'm unsure of the value of an item I'm selling, I don't put a Buy It Now price on it. You'd assume that someone running a collectibles shop would be smart enough to have some clue about what she's selling.

I wouldn't let it bother you. Her real problem is she now knows she should have done the research on the figures. She didn't, you got a Great deal and now she regrets it and is taking it out on you. I bet if you paid her full price for the figure she wouldn't have anything to say right now. She's just ticked but she should really be ticked at herself.

I did let her know I was going over there

The reason why i didn't ask her if I could use the pics was because I really didn't want her to see what it would sell for

I already told her it's no biggie,if she wants me to change the pics i will

Maybe she did say you could pick it up, but did you let her schedule a time for it? She said in the email you quoted that she didn't know you were coming.

If I received payment, including shipping, for an auction and a person claiming to be the buyer showed up at my door unannounced, I'd be highly suspicious, especially if they were unconcerned about recovering money that was already spent on shipping.

Using the picture is a No-No, but other than that, oh well. I noticed she has a real comic/toy collector store in FLA. If she keeps letting something like this slip by, she will not last very long. She has no one to blame except herself. I let a big fish go when I first started because of a buy it now, I emailed the winner and congratulated them.
