Not true. There were record number of new stadiums throughout the South (Miami got one didn't they?) and record crowds at the games. It is cheaper to take a family to a college baseball game than the movies.

It never gets national coverage until CWS.

It simply got in the way of me trying to watch the U.S./Costa Rica Soccer match. Had to switch over to ESPN2 to watch it.

here they don't televise any of the games,only what you see on espn. On past years you could at least catch 50% of the games on TV
