I Plan On Ripping Out My Fingernails One At A Time!!!

    ...or actually quit dipping!!!

I have about 1/2 can left, it will last me tonight. I just increased my life insurance and it is Non-tobacco (not non-smoker). I have to pay "tobacco user" prices for a year, than it nearly cuts in half!!! The money I will save on snuff (about $150 a month) is more than the tobacco user premium.

    Wish me luck!!!!

I should say so...but then again you never know.

              Good luck Chris.

My wife is a dental hygienist and tells me that chewing tobacco is about the worst thing for one's teeth not to mention mouth and throat cancer.

My best friend is trying to stop as well (he's been chewing since he was 16) and told me he woke up the other night drenched in sweat due to withdrawal symptoms.

Hang in there. It will take a lot of will power and some time but you feel a lot better in a few months and the extra money in your pocket will feel good too.

When you feel a craving, try pulling out a nose hair.
