    Trip to NYC...

Gonna be in NYC on Saturday with the wife and daughters....first time my wife and I have been in about 16-17 years. I was there 2 years ago on a field trip with my eldest but that doesn't count....

So anyway, we're primarily gonna be in the Times Square district as they're mainly into the shopping aspect but I think we're gonna hit Madame Tussaud's and the NBC Studios Tour at least. Anything else cool in the way of comic books or toys in that area I should now about? ....probably anywhere 'tween Macy's and Rockefeller Center, not sure how much they're gonna be able to handle as far as walking. They're excited but I'm already envisioning the whining from all 3 of 'em and me having to be the taskmaster and crap out my whip.

Hanleys Universe is next to the Empire State Building...In the Village is St. Marks Comics, and Forbidden Planet. Midtown is interesting...a little pricey, but interesting. Not as much of a back issue selection as the other 2 I mentioned.

Cool! I'll have to check out Midtown Comics. We'll probably also hit FAO Schwarz and Toys R Us. I figure TRU is the same ol' stuff but the girls wanna ride the indoor ferris wheel. Oh well, I guess it can't be all about dad and his toys.
