    Bathrobes - Yea or Nea???

Someone at work brought up wearing a bathrobe, today, and I thought it sounded funny. Women seem to wear them a lot, but not so much with the dudes.

I personally don't own one, and it never occurs to me to wear one. How about you guys? Are you a regular bathrobe wearer, or never touch the things?

I guess a boxing style one, or perhaps an Obi might be cool, sort of.

I have several different types in my closet here in MO. Ranging from heavy Egyptian cotton down to silk. If I am in MO where the winters can be artic I will wear the heavy one to stay warm getting out of the (bower) bath and shower. Or when I am going to and from the Jacuzzi. I only wear them as they are FAST to put on and I cannot stand the cold at all. In general I do not wear them a lot for the most part. I do like the Heff look my gf gives me though. My gf always calls me Heff when I wear a robe.

Why wear one? It completely defeats the purpose of the "naked stroll" from bathroom to bedroom. It's a great way to entertain guests.

                  I have one.

I only wear it once I'm out of the shower and heading to the closet to dress for the day.

It isn't unusual during our morning rush for one of the kids to come walking in unexpectedly and I don't want to give them any lifetime nightmares.

Hey, It has worked for Heff all of these years. If that is called being a girlie man than I want to be the girliest girly man that there is.

Since Mr. Postman always rings while I'm in the bathroom, I often use my wife's bath robe. Nothing says "macho" like a guy in a Snoopy bath robe, getting his dolls delivered...

                        That's funny stuff right there.

I just realized I spelled Nay wrong. Nea, Ha...I'm stupid.

Life is a wonderful thing when one is free to do as they choose. If I so chose to do so I would wear a Snoopy robe out in public. Not that I can for see that happening for real any time soon. It is still nice to know that I can and would do it if I REALLY wanted to. It has been a very long time since I have actually cared what others have thought of me and how I do things as it pertains to satisfying them and not me. They do not pay my bills and I owe them nothing. I say do what you like! (as long as of course it is in within the laws and within reason of course)

No under wear for me here. Maybe a little to much info given although I have not wore under wear in a VERY long time. Just another reason why I some times wear a robe. Then again I do not have kids running around here either.
