Have these been out for a while? I just ran onto them the other day while in a grocery store. I have the other Star Trek boxes. I just never seen these until now.

I saw these begining of the week at WalMart,I'm sure they will be a hit for a while.But like most stuff ,they will be released in such volume,they'll be at Big Lots by the end of the year for .99 cents.They're on pop tarts and cheese-its too.

Aha! I am always out looking for stuff regularly. Too many places to be and not enough of me to get to them all some times.
I have not been to a grocery store since this past Wednesday. Looks like I just missed having them or knowing about them by about a couple of days then. That is when they probably slipped them in just as you had stated. That explains why I did not see these boxes sooner. Thanks for that info. 
I am sure that you are right in regards to these being produced in volume. Most everything like this is these days. That is too bad as far as a collector value goes for those that collect for the value. I personally just want them for display and am not going for the collecting value of the aspect.
