Way to go living smarter, living healthier, living longer. You've got alot to be proud of.Before you pitch out all those big boy pants, you need to keep one pair as a reminder of how far you came in 1 year.CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!Leave a comment:

That is great. I'm in the same boat around 252 Lbs. Problems at home and such just really caused me to slide.
Recently I also started to no junk food eat smart, visiting the firehall gym.
Maybe Damien could give me a few pointers to? 65 Lbs is awsome.
I'd be glad to get to 200 Upper 100 would be fantastic.Leave a comment:

Much congrats Dave---
like Hector, I'm a bit jealous---
like you I'm basically a 36, and I'm basically a 36 now---
(a bad 36!)
the jealousy though, stems from your resolve
with physical fitness---I just can't do much more
than 40 minutes a day aerobic exercise and even these days
I'm slipping on that. I am REAL lazy.
If I did some good physical work, I could get down to
a "pretty/fit" 34 size, but I'm afraid I just don't have it in me.
for now I'm basically just a guy who watches what he eats but
still binges now and again-----and can't cut out beer and
sleeping pills from my diet
So anyways congrats again Dave----and if you have any additional
easier weight loss tips, pass 'em on!Leave a comment:
