Gotta go with the Go-Gos. I just like their music better. The only song I like by the Bangles is Walk Like an Egyptian. But man, that Susannah Hoffs is H-O-T!!! I always thought Belinda was cute but a bit too chubby but she got H-O-T too when she went solo.
Now Bananarama...mmmbaby. Hot British chicks, haha. Accents slay me.
If you want to see some trashy chicks look up Total Coelo (also known as Toto Coelo in Europe but had to change their name due to the band Toto).
Early 80's One-Hit-Wonder and a song I STILL can't get out of my head: I Eat Cannibals. They wore colored trashbags in their video. Kind of proto-Spice Girls (with a dirty edge). LOL
Rich
ok I looked it up. It's on youtube. Warning: you may never get this song out of your head. LOL

Hector, I think most female preformers, whether solo or in a band, can tell you stories of sexual discrimination in the music business, especially in Rock'n'Roll. The Bangels, Go-Go's, Heart, and many more have fought against the male dominated music industry to prove they were serious musicians. I have seen various episodes of VH1's behind the music to learn that The Go-Go's, The Bangels & Heart suffered though many indignities at the hands of their record labels and in Heart's case even their own band-mates. You might not think The Go-Go's or The Bangels are serious musicians but from their point of view they all have respect for each other's talent and have identified us men as the problem.Comment

To me, it all comes down to what you enjoy.
All this talk about "talent" and "musicianship" is bogus when it comes to
tallying up which songs you like and who you enjoy seeing in concert."No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris MannixComment
