Who hasn't gotten a bad leg/calf cramp in the middle of the night? Man, a couple of nights ago I got one at about 2 in the morning. After standing up and stretching it out I got another one in the oppisite leg an hour later. That'll get you up and out of bed in a hurry!

I haven't had a cramp in a long time. Now you got me thinking about them LOL. I don't like them at all. I would hate to get one when I'm sleeping, Ouch

It happened to me last week. I wa slaying on the couch and boom! It was so bad I had to outside to havbe enough room to run, get the circulation going and have it subside. Then an hour later or so later my other leg git hit, same story. I was actually sore for a few days after. Ouch!Comment

I have been told low potassium will give you cramps also. A wise woman (my wife) once told me to eat a banana if I got a leg cramp.Comment
