    Bape founder's toy collection

I don't know if this was ever discussed here, but check this video out:

    YouTube - Japanorama - Bape

It's a snippet from the British TV series Japanorama with Jonathan Ross touring Japan and talking about pop culture. In this episode, one of the segments was his visit to Bathing Ape founder Nigo's pad, including a look at part of his toy collection. If you look closely, there are some Megos in there.

I've seen videos and pics of Nigo's stuff before. He has an insane toy collection. But hey, I would too if I had his money.

From what I've heard, he collects all kinds of vintage stuff, not just toys. He literally has a warehouse full of stuff. And considering how much space is at a premium in Japan, that's really hardcore.

Here's an interview with artist COOP, you've probably seen his "devil woman" stuff.

Jonathan Ross is an avid collector as well, I remember when he got into Micronauts he was pretty unstoppable...

Around 2:20 there is a pan where you can just catch the top of a Mego Batman and a Robin box. Literally a second or two.

Yeah, I caught the MEGOs. Right after the Captain Action stuff.

Has anyone here ever sold to this guy? Just curious.
                      That would be cool

in japan some people are crazy about collecting. bullmark is bigger over there then mego. the japaneze will buy monsters, wgsh, apes, star wars, but don't collect dukes, love boat, and megos like that mostly because they don't know who the hell they are.
