European Pink Floyd freaks -- I need some hep

Hi Guys,
I'm trying to find out which country a Pink Floyd 45 came from.

I'm guessing it's European, but i'm not sure.

It's Free Four / The Gold It's In The ...
On the green'yellow Harvest label -- 1972

The odd thing about it is it says STEMRA on both sides of the record label under the name Pink Floyd.

I'm hoping the STEMRA word is a clue to it's point of origin.

Anyone ?

STEMRA is the Netherlands equivalent of ASCAP in the US. It's a performance rights organization.
