Count me among the underwhelmed. The movie did next to nothing for me. I got so bored I ended up FFing past the various running/being chased thru the slums scenes.
And I'd love to know who the genius was who made the subtitles SO FRIGGIN TINY, and then to make matters worse, made them the same color as the backdrop, making for two hours of highly enjoyable eye strain.

There is very little sub-titles, most of it is in English. I didn't have any problem with seeing the sub-titles.
For those who have no desire to see it, take it from me, it is an awesome movie. It kind of has a Forest Gump feel to it with the flashbacks in his life, all related to the questions on "Millionaire".
I thought it was just kinda, sorta all right. I was hoping to be blown away, but I wasn't. I thought The Wrestler was a much better movie overall. I'm still absolutely shocked that Mickey Rourke didn't win Best Actor for that film. I don't care how good Penn was/may have been in Milk. I can picture at least a dozen different actors who could have played that role. Nobody could have owned The Ram the way that Rourke did. Every moment he's on screen he's completely believable in his part.
