So I just saw the new Trek. I've always been an average fan of TOS. Next Gen was my fave. This was well done and is definately something to be seen. The characters are dead on. I would go as far as to say, they would have had difficulty doing better.
Being a Heroes fan I worried about Spock and it may be difficult to watch Quinto as Sylar. He's really good as Spock. I've read some reviews that said this movie will revive the entire Trek franchise and they may be correct.
It definately has some twists, some I never would have seen coming. Even if you're not a Trek fan you will be entertained. Be prepared to leave being a Trekkie. So go out and see it, you won't be disappointed.
At the end Harold takes em all to Whitecastle for sliders and a coke. JK.
