Wizard of Oz Dark side of the Moon.

I've been in a Wicked Witch mood lately and started watching these videos made from those old claims that the Pink Floyd album Dark Side of the Moon syncs up with the Wizard of Oz.

I was watching the clips and was mostly thinking yeah right at first but then it actually did seem to sync up quite a few times.

The clip that really started to make me think.

    Part 5

YouTube - Wizard of Oz/Dark Side of the Moon, 5 of 6

I had to admit it was pretty freaky that the song echos black, black, black when Wicked appears and out, out, out when Glinda disappears.

So, what do you guys think? True or not it's kinda odd.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

    Hmmmm....

We did this one years ago and it IS pretty weird how it syncs up. It COULD be an accident though. I forget the technical term, but the brain tends to "remember the hits and forget the misses," so stuff that seems to key up with the film is noticed; but all the stuff that doesn't, isn't. So it LOOKS like there's a correlation.

We noticed something similar with Judas Priest's "Blood Red Skies" and the opening to the first Rhea: Gallforce film.

I know a local theater in my area had a special feature recently playing WOZ with Dark Side of the Moon which seemed to attract a pretty large audience.
