Myrtle Beach is on Fire.

Serious fires just North of Myrtle Beach. They are less than 5 miles from where I just was for Spring Break. Fires appear to be heading away from the densely populated area. My relatives are Okay and have not had to evacuate.

The family and I have been down to Myrtle Beach each August for the last two years. We are doing something different this year, but still felt like a part of our home life was in danger watching the news. As long as people are safe. Hopefully, they get a good rain soon.

A tragedy like that definitely makes one think more. I am glad to hear that your relatives are safe and sound. I hope that others there in that area are as fortunate.

So far everyone is okay. It came within 4 miles of my GodMothers house and is now heading away from the populated beach area. Still one nasty fire.

Don't Know if any MEGOs got fried. There are some on display at the KISS Koffee House.

damn all these big fires and that they take away from people lives that sucks so much
