Yeah,.. I dunno how fast that pitch was thrown,.. But that Guy has got to have some missing Teeth & Maybe a Broken Jaw. Damn..., I'd Hate to feel that. Looks like he Bit his Tounge too.

That is Ricky Weeks. He is probably one of the greatest college baseball players ever. He played here in Baton Rouge, but didn't play for LSU, he played for Southern University.

I wonder if the ball hit his shoulder first and the picture shows it after it bounced off the shoulder, into the chin. f it is a direct hit in the chin like the picture shows, I am sure he dropped like a bad habit.

i just read it did hit him on the collar bone and chin at the same time. He stayed in the game.

Man! That is quite the action picture. Holy smokes! :yikes: That had to hurt some if not a lot. From time to time I have seen pro players get nailed every now and then. For the most part they just stand there like a man and shrug it off like it is nothing. Man or not in my case I would have to show some kind of emotion taking a hit that hard. I am not necessarily talking about crying about it, but I would probably do something even if it was kneeling to the ground for a bit to catch my breath. Wow! That just hurts my mouth looking at that picture. This kind of reminds me of the first time I watched TFC. It was less than a minute into the first match when this one dude just dives right in and blast this other dude in the face with his bare fist. The next thing I seen was this guy's tooth flying out of his mouth into the air. I was like holy Sh*t that was awesome. I couldn't believe they aired stuff like that. Then again that was when the show was pretty new and not many people seen it. I can't remember the guys that were fighting as it has been some time ago. That is nothing now compared to what goes on in the circle. Anyway...I hope that guy in the pix above had plenty of good pain killers on hand. I am sure he needed something after that hit.
