Well the commies haven't taken away my driving while using a cell phone here yet but I wouldn't doubt it's something they are thinking of. Luckily we have the right to challenge laws and start referendums here so it may never stick if it does happen. I know there are a bunch of idiots out there on cell phones but most people aren't.
We're already working on getting rid of the photo radar.
