1. get rid of the doritos and fritos
2. get rid of the hot sauce.
3. fill the bowl with diced pumpernickel bread
4. top off with a generous amount of spinach dip

Do you remember the commercial with Refrigerator Perry cooking breakfast ? It was the one where he was cooking about 10 pounds of bacon and 1 egg. Thats what pops in my head when I think of you Hector making breakfast

Fridge Perry !! He is from Aiken sc, right near here. he used to come in this place I worked in the late 90s and eat about 50-60 bucks of food by himself, he was a nice guy ............
